abstract FIELD: veterinary medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method includes intradermal tuberculosis test version with tuberculin P.P.D. for mammals and subsequent recording of the reaction. Previously the study of phagocytic activity of blood and cytochemical study of leukocytes on myeloperoxidase activity in the surveillance animals is carried out. With an average phagocytosis maturity index equal to 1 and the average cytochemical coefficient of myeloperoxidase equal to 2.15±0.06 units the intradermal tuberculosis test version with tuberculin P.P.D. for mammals is carried out with subsequent recording of the allergic reaction. n EFFECT: method is simple, it enables to detect and adjust the timing of allergic tuberculosis test of cattle, improves the accuracy of diagnosis, timely identifies animals with asymptomatic course of tuberculosis infection. n 1 tbl, 1 ex
