titleOfInvention Method of crystallisation of crystallisable polymers with high susceptibility to adhesion
abstract FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises preparing crystallisable polymer melt, making the particles, and curing polymer melt. Note here that particles may be made either prior to or after curing. Then, particles are cooled down, processed to reduce susceptibility to adhesion, and crystallised. Particles are processed between cooling and crystallisation by shaking 1 to 30 min at temperature T1 polymer vitrification temperature plus 10°C, i.e. at T1<Tg+10°C. Note here that crystallisation is carried out be thermal method with head supply. n EFFECT: decreased susceptibility to adhesion, continuous crystallisation, power saving. n 20 cl, 6 dwg, 16 ex, 4 tbl
