abstract FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly a method for preparing a therapeutic preparation containing high-purity and stable hemoglobin as an oxygen carrier, a preparation and a method for tissue oxygenation. A method involves destruction of washed red blood cells with the use of hypotonic lysis, filtration, extraction, ultrafiltration, column chromatography, re-ultrafiltration to produce a concentrated hemoglobin solution containing no phospholipids and dimers, blocking of sulphhydryl groups, formation of a cross link by means of bis-3,5-dibromsalicylfumarate, addition of N-acetylcysteine, addition to a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for producing a drug preparation. The method for tissue oxygenation involves using the produced preparation and is applicable in treating cancer. n EFFECT: group of inventions enables producing high-purity cross-linked tetramer haemoglobin (optionally containing ≥70% of β-β cross-links) with high effectiveness of oxygen transfer, stable at high temperatures and applicable for mammals with no risk of renal damage and vessel constriction. n 13 cl, 13 ex, 9 tbl, 17 dwg
