abstract FIELD: personal use articles. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of preparation of beverages. The device for preparation of beverages, implementing the claimed method, comprises a device designed for brewing the beverage based on the components placed in the capsule. And the device for the beverage comprises a means for holding the capsule in the given position. Also it comprises an injection means for adding hot water into the capsule while holding the capsule in the given position. The injection means is equipped with a piercing element with an internal axial channel for hot water supply, and the internal axial channel is oriented nearly horizontally with penetration of the piercing element through the capsule membrane. The injection means is equipped with at least one outlet for directing the hot water down to the lowest part of the capsule while holding the capsule in the given position.
