FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method of avian ES cell culture provides for: a) suspension of the ES cells originated from a blastoderm disk of an embryonated non-incubated bird's egg in a culture medium containing a primary culture medium added with growth factors and animal serum; b) inoculation with the ES cell suspension produced at the stage a) of a layer of nutrient cells and further ES cell culture.
