titleOfInvention | Complex diagnostic technique in active genital tuberculosis in females |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: females with suspected genital tuberculosis are examined by a level of lymphocyte proliferation in blast-transformation reaction with PPD-L, a level of IFN-γ with PPD-L in ELISA, a level of MTB Ig A and MTB Ig M in ELISA. If the lymphocyte stimulation index is more than 4.0, and the IFN-γ with PPD-L level is more than 7.8, a high activity of tuberculosis infection is diagnosed. If the lymphocyte stimulation index is more than 4.0, and the IFN-γ with PPD-L level is more than 3.5 and less than 7.8, a low activity of tuberculosis infection is diagnosed, and the IgA and M levels are diagnosed: at optical density MBT Ig A more than 0.415 or MBT Ig M more than 0.600, active tuberculosis process is shown. If the lymphocyte stimulation index is less than 4.0, and the IFN-γ with PPD-L level is less than 3.5, and MBT Ig A is less than 0.415, MBT IgM is less than 0.600, the absence of active tuberculosis infection is diagnosed. n EFFECT: complex method of a three-stage estimation of specific cell and humoral immunity has high specificity and sensitivity; the method is used to diagnose active genital tuberculosis in females. n 2 ex, 5 tbl |
