titleOfInvention Method of diagnosing muscle-joint dysfunction of dentoalveolar system
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for diagnostics of muscle-joint dysfunction of dentoalveolar system of dental patients. Measurements of area of statokinesiogram ellipse are performed by means of computer stabilometry on stabilimetric platform in the following positions of the tested person: with closed eyes (CE), central occlusion with head turned to the right (COHR), central occlusion with head turned to the left (COHL), anterior occlusion with head turned to the right (AOHR), anterior occlusion with head turned to the left (AOHL), with open mouth and head turned to the right (OMHR), with open mouth and head turned to the left (OMHL). Indices of all samples are compared with the value of the first sample - CE. Results of comparison are calculated in points. Deviation from the first sample by not less than 50% is taken as 0 points, as 1 point - deviation 50-100%, as 2 points - deviation higher than 100%. In case if in COHR, COHL, AOHR, AOHL, OMHR and OMHL tests the total number of points from 0 to 2 is present, absence of mutual influence of pathology of dentoalveolar system and musculoskeletal apparatus is diagnosed. If the number of points is 3 and higher, presence of combined pathology is diagnosed.EFFECT: method makes it possible to detect presence of combined pathology of dentoalveolar system and musculoskeletal apparatus, increase reliability of muscle-joint dysfunction diagnostics due to carrying out additional tests and introduction of point system for assessment of examination results.3 tbl, 1 ex
