abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine. In order to select tactics of treating malignant brain glioma recurrence, radiopaque perfusion computed tomography is carried out. Focuses of increased volumetric blood flow is detected and its area is measured. If focus size is within 50-200 mm 2 , decision about carrying out repeated course of radiotherapy is taken. If focus size is less than 50 mm 2 , performing control perfusion RCT after 1-2 months is recommended. If area of volumetric blood flow is larger than 200 mm 2 , carrying out repeated surgery is recommended. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of treatment tactics selection due to more accurate determination of localisation and size of malignant glioma recurrence, as irradiation is performed only in tumour zone without seizing intact tissues. n 3 dwg, 2 ex
