titleOfInvention Method of subantral bone augmentation for dental implantation in upper ridge atrophy
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: under infiltration anaesthesia, an incision is made along a ridge bone, while two vertical incisions are made within a canine fossa and a maxillary tuberosity. A full mucoperiosteal graft is detached in layers. An autograft is formed in an anterior wall of a maxillary sinus. The prepared autogenous bone is grinded in a bone mill. A sinus mucosa is detached in layers from a lower socket of the maxillary sinus and mobilised. A required number of the dental implants are inserted in the created cavity. Between the implants and the sinus mucosa there are placed Natix porous titanium granules of size 0.7-1 mm, porosity 80% mixed with the grinded autologous bone and Polysorb-MP in ratio 3:1:1. The mixed Natix granules, autologous bone and Polysorb-MP are freely introduced in an amount enough to cover the implants completely. The incisional wound is closed by a biological membrane; a mucoperiosteal flap is laid back and closed by interrupted sutures.EFFECT: method enables preparing an adequate bone graft for a shortest period of time of the required extension and with the least number of postoperative complications with single-stage dental implantation ensured by primary implant stability, creation of the optimal conditions for surrounding bone neogenesis for a shortest period of time.3 ex
