| abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention describes genetically modified Shigella bacteria, which have deletions or gene modifications: virG(icsA) in combination with two or more genes setAB(shET 1), senA(shET2), senB(shET2- 2), stxAB and msbB2. Obtained bacteria have three or more deletions in identified genes and can be used as vaccine strains against dysentery and diarrhea, caused by Shigella.
