abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery, and may be applied for choosing surgical approach in peritonitis. Diagnostic videolaparoscopy involves dividing an abdominal cavity on 6 conditional sectors: small pelvis, right and left lateral canal, right subhepatic cavity, right and left subphrenic spaces wherein three criteria are studied: dissemination of the pathological contents through the sectors of the abdominal cavity (Dissemination D), exudation nature, presence of fibrin, abdominal state (exudation E), intensity of small intestine paresis (Paresis P); each criterion is graded and scored. The derived scores are summed up. The total score indicates videolaparoscopy or laparotomy to be performed. n EFFECT: method provides reducing a risk of complications, reducing a risk of recurrent surgical interventions. n 2 ex |
