titleOfInvention Method of teeth splinting
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and is intended for stabilisation of teeth mobility, developed as a result of periodontal diseases. Hygiene of oral cavity is performed. Teeth surface is polished by rubbers. Fluorine-containing preparation is applied on teeth surface. Silicone registrar for matching dentitions is obtained. Digital impression of patient's dentitions and bite registrar is obtained and they are matched in modeling programme. Shapes of future splint on lingual surface of splinted teeth are modeled on computer, with indent from the edge of marginal jaw at the distance not less than 1 mm depending on patient's individual peculiarities. After application of contour, its width is set - 0.2 mm. Obtained data are transmitted on milling machines, where milling of dental split from polyurethane block is carried out. After polishing and fitting in oral cavity, construction is fixed on composite cement of double cure. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to splint mobile teeth with high accuracy of fitting due to computer modeling of future splint and milling on obtained digital model. n 1 dwg
