abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: there are presented specific oligonucleotide primers for identification of H.capsulatum showing activity of upstream and downstream primers in an amplification reaction having the following structure: 5'-CCCACATAGAAAGCCTCGTTCC-3' - HcMs8s 5'-TAGCCCTGCTGTTCGTTGC-3' - HcMs8as3. The invention may be used in medicine for detection of a genetic material of the histoplasmosis agents H.capsulatum in samples both for diagnosing in practical public health service and Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare, and for scientific research. n EFFECT: developed primers enable high-sensitivity and specificity detection of Hcapsulatum DNA in a pure culture and a biological material over a relatively short time. n 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex
