titleOfInvention | Method of rehabilitating treatment of patients with ischemic heart disease in sanatorium and outpatient conditions |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, balneology and physiotherapy. Method includes climatotherapy, diet therapy, therapeutic physical training, physio-hydrothermotherapy and drug therapy. Climatotherapy is performed from the first day of patient's stay at resort, daily, at the background of psychotherapy and teaching programs in cardioschool. The first, second and third procedures are carried out with duration 15-30-45 minutes respectively. From the fourth to the seventh procedure duration is 90 minutes. The remaining procedures last 120 minutes each. During entire course of treatment diet therapy with day ration 2000-2500 Kkal is used. Frequency of food intakes constitutes not less than four times per day, but not more than 500 Kkal per 1 intake. Break between evening and morning food intake is not longer than 10 minutes. Physiotherapy is realised in form of dry carbon dioxide baths. Concentration of carbon dioxide in bath is 15%, temperature is 28-30°C, duration is 15-20 minutes. Baths are carried out every second day, 7-10 baths per a course. Normobaric interval hypoxitherapy is performed on apparatus "Mountain air". Procedures include breathing gas mixture which contains 16-18% of oxygen at pressure, equal atmospheric pressure. Time of procedure is 50-60 minutes. Procedures are carried out in fraction-cyclic regimen: 5 minutes - breathing the mixture, 5 minutes - breathing atmospheric air in increasing mode. Course includes 15-17 procedures. Hydrothermotherapy is realised by means of Sharko shower, Scottish, underwater shower-massage, training and thermorelaxation therapy. Personalised physical activity is realised by means of training-diagnostic system Kardiomed, treatmill test, bicycle ergometry, Novakki test. Drug therapy is performed with intake of aspirin, sartans, beta-blockers, potassium antagonists, statins. After sanatorium and resort treatment rational nutrition, diet therapy, physical activity and hydrotherapy with application of Alexeev shower are continued. Hypoxi-hypercapnotherapy is carried out with application of apparatus "Samozdrav". Autogenic training is performed. Regimen of labour and rest is observed.
