titleOfInvention | Method of producing fertiliser from sludge |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing fertiliser from sludge. The method of producing fertiliser from sludge, wherein sludge is heated with superheated steam to achieve hygienisation with destruction of pathogens, wherein the sludge is heated to temperature 60-100°C using superheated steam which is a gaseous mixture of water vapour and flue gas from burning fuel, wherein the superheated steam is at temperature 200-600°C, in order to trigger an increase in the amount of soluble carbon in the sludge and for repeated biochemical decomposition of sludge using nonpathogenic microorganisms remaining in the sludge after heating. n EFFECT: invention enables to obtain high-quality fertiliser using a method which is sufficiently profitable in terms of saving heat. n 5 dwg, 6 tbl, 22 cl |
