titleOfInvention Method for cartilage cell culture
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a method for cartilage cell culture with the use of self-tissues with the self-tissue being ground to the graft size of no more than 0.5 mm 3 , while a support substrate is presented by autoplasma and thrombocytes; autoplasma is added with 10% calcium chloride 4 ml per plasma 1 ml, after plasma protein polymerisation and clotting reaction it is transferred onto nutrient mediums and placed in a thermostat for 3-4 days. n EFFECT: invention may be used for cartilage tissue cultivation in vitro.
