abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: water and low-quality ethyl alcohol are separately exposed to ultrasound with frequency 20-25 kHz and then mixed. The mixture is filtered, purified and alcohol content of the vodka is adjusted to 40% and the vodka is then enriched with gold ions through exposure to ultrasound in the 20-25 kHz range using a gold plated waveguide-ferrule. n EFFECT: improving the quality of vodka by eliminating gold leaf, as well as fusel oils, isoamyl, amyl and isobutyl alcohols, which are present in vodka due to low-quality ethyl alcohol. n 1 ex
