abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at prevention of bronchial asthma in children living in the areas with technogenic biological medium contamination by heavy metals and aldehydes. The recurrence period involves the combined application of the following drugs in children: Singular orally in an age dosage for 2 to 5 years old - 4 mg, for 5 to 15 years old - 5 mg, and for 15 years old and older - 10 mg once a day at bedtime for 3-4 monthsl Enterosgel orally 1.5-2 h before a meal or 2 h after meals or drug intake in an age dosage for 2 to 3 years old - 5 g twice a day, for 3 to 5 years old - 5 g three times a day, for 5 years old and older - 10 g three times a day for 7-14 days; intramuscular injections of Polyoxydonium in a dose of 0.1-0.15 mg/kg of child's body weight once a day, every second day in number of 10 injections. The therapeutic course is at least 2 times annually. n EFFECT: method enables more effective primary prevention of bronchial asthma ensured by reducing a rate of aggravated recurrent obstructive bronchitis and a severity of its clinical course, prolonging remission, decreasing bronchial activity. n 3 tbl, 1 ex |
