abstract FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to machining different-hardness work pieces. Cutting tool consists of body supporting cutting elements and guide. Said body has chip grooves and rolling bearing with its outer racer supporting guide oscillation damper made up of flange with split elastic support plate. Damper inside is filled with elastic damping material and closed by cover fitted on elastic plates and bolted to flange. Note here that outer surface of elastic plates is curved to diameter of outermost curved shape points exceeding diameter of machined bore. n EFFECT: expanded machining performances, higher efficiency, electric power savings. n 4 dwg
