abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology and can be used in surgical treatment of retinal detachment recurrence at the background of tamponade with light silicone oil (LSO) with density 0.97 g/cm 3 . Microinvasive suture-free access into vitreous cavity is performed at the background of tamponade with LSO. LSO is removed, epiretinal membranes and remnants of vitreous body are contrasted with methylene blue solution, after which complete ablation of vitreous body remnants, epiretinal and subretinal membranes is performed by carrying out dosed lower retinotomy. Vitreous cavity is filled in with gas SF 6, endolaser coagulation of retina is performed at the background of gas tamponade, PFOC is introduced, re-tamponade is performed by single-stage substitution of PFOC with FSO. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure complete mobilisation, adaptation and fixation of retina, achieve maximally high visual functions in post-operative period n 1 ex |
