abstract | FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system of disposable centrifuge. Centrifuge system comprises disposable component. Component comprises rotating rigid top flange. Flexible facing may rotate. It is jointed to top flange and extends below top flange. Component comprises rotary feed pipe extending through top flange into said facing. Core may rotate and is arranged aligned with feed pipe. Core inner side communicates via fluid with outer side. Component comprises cleaned fluid discharge rotary pipe. Centripetal pump is attached above top flange to communicate via fluid with cleaned fluid discharge pipe. Rotary mechanical seal is arranged around feed pipe and isolated by fluid from lot of cell culture.
