abstract | FIELD: method. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and is intended for drainage surgery of secondary glaucoma with rubeosis. 1-3 days before surgery in area of planned colobomas delimiting coagulation by diode laser is performed on iris of eye, with wavelength 532 nm. In the course of operation after taking superior rectus muscle on bridle suture, 2 paracenteses are performed in places of delimiting coagulation, approximately 0.5 ml of intraocular fluid are discharged, 2 colobomas of iris are performed through paracenteses. Valve drainage is installed into subtenon space. Before the installation of valve into subtenon space and on valve itself endothelium protector is applied, valve is fixed by 2 interrupted sutures 8-0 by special holes in valve body for more reliable fixation. In anterior chamber through paracentesis silicone tube is installed for 2-3 mm, U-shaped scleral flap is fixed on edges by two interrupted sutures 8-0, sutures are applied on conjunctiva. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce quantity of intra- and post-operative complications, reduce intraocular pressure, reduce quantity of painful sensations. n 2 ex |
