Differentiating and specific oligonucleotides for identification of dna sequences of transgene plants in foodstuff, method for identifying transgene products, biochip, combination of oligonucleotides (versions) and kit for implementing such method |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method for identifying DNA sequences in a biological material involves recovery of nucleic acids, carrying out a multi-primer symmetric polymerase chain reaction with using DNA recovered from the analysed material that is followed by hybridisation of fluorescent marked or biotin-modified reaction products on the specialised biochips. There are presented a oligonucleotide kit, a biological microchip containing up to 11 types of differentiating oligonucleotides and a reagent kit for implementing such method, and also versions of the formulations of combined nucleotides for implementing such method. n EFFECT: invention allows more rapid foodstuff analysis for genetically modified ingredients and higher accuracy. n 18 cl, 5 dwg, 6 tbl, 8 ex |
