FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a coloured polypropylene composition, having high content of β-modification. Propylene is mixed in a melt with at least one inorganic pigment and at least one nucleating centre for β-crystallisation. Addition of the inorganic pigment and the nucleating centre for β-crystallisation is separated either with respect to the order of addition or at least with respect to the arrangement of the inorganic pigment and the nucleating centre for β-crystallisation, i.e., the two are contained in separate concentrates. The requirement for separate addition of the inorganic pigment and the nucleating centre for β-crystallisation is also met when separate concentrates are merged into a third concentrate before said third concentrate is mixed in a melt with polypropylene. n EFFECT: tubes made from the polypropylene composition have high impact strength. n 22 cl, 3 tbl, 3 ex |
