titleOfInvention Method of modifying carbon haemosorbent and carbon haemosorbent with immobilised protein
abstract FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns a method of modifying a carbon haemosorbent involving treatment with a water solution of oxygen acid of the concentration of 5-20% in the relation of haemosorbent: solution of oxygen acid 1:10-1:20 at temperature 25°C for 2-4 h followed by decantation and exposure of the impregnated haemosorbent in an inert medium for 0.25-6 h at temperature 120-350°C, boiling in distilled water for 1-2 h, drying and impregnation in 1M solutions of N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and pentafluorophenol in dimethylamide in mixing of a reaction mixture for 0.5-3 h, with adding serum albumin of pH 7.3-7.5 of the concentration 0.5-2.0 mg/ml prepared in the buffer solution in mixing for 16-24 h, washing in 0.9% sodium chloride. The invention also refers to the haemosorbent prepared by said method. n EFFECT: invention provides haemosorbents of high adsorption activity enabling selective sorption of the peptide substances including proteins which are found and collected in the body in certain diseases. n 2 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl, 4 ex
