titleOfInvention | Method of diagnosing desynchronosis in case of essential hypertension |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be applied for detecting desynchronisation of circadian rhythms of arterial pressure in patients with essential hypertension. Risk factors of desynchronisation in patients with essential hypertension are determined and given points. In case of essential hypertension in anamnesis 3 points are given; essential hypertension in the nearest relatives - 1 point; deviations from habitual lifestyle - 1 point; smoking, alcohol and tonic drinks consumption - 1 point; traumas of head in anamnesis - 1 point; frequent stresses and depressions (one and more instances per three months) - 1 point; incompatibility of day levels of arterial pressure and physical activity - 5 points. Obtained points are summed up, thus determining index of risk of arterial pressure rhythm desynchronisation (IR AP D). If IR AP D value equals or is higher than 8 desynchronosis of day rhythm of arterial pressure is diagnosed. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to detect desynchronosis of day rhythm of arterial pressure in patients with essential hypertension and on the basis of individual approach to start individual scheme of chronotherapy in due time. n 1 tbl, 1 ex |
