titleOfInvention | Method of closing bilateral total defect of both eyelids, internal and external angles of eye |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to oncology, and is intended for plasty of bilateral total defect of both eyelids, internal and external angles of eye. Essence of method lies in application of natural excess of skin in area of forehead and cheek. Four skin flaps are formed from tissues directly adjacent to zone of defect. Flaps are transferred taking into account natural direction of Langer lines in donor area. Their orientation is preserved in grafted flap. Vast bilateral defect of both eyelids of internal and external angles of eye is replaced with flap. n EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to eliminate defect of eyelids and angles of eye, recover protective functions of eyelids, achieve maximal functional and cosmetic effect with minimal scar changes of skin; available supply of plasty material makes it possible to adapt edges of wound surfaces in optimal way without excessive tightening. n 1 ex, 2 dwg |
