titleOfInvention Method for producing allogenic transplants of cardiac vessels with valves
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and is applicable in cardiosurgery. That is ensured by sampling donor tissue in the form of an ascending aorta and an aortal arch with adjacent myocardium and semilunar valves, a pulmonary trunk with semilunar valves. They are chemically treated with detergents to enable membranolysis and elimination of cell elements combined with preservation of a collagen-elastic frame. Then they are preserved in 70% ethanol containing glycerol as a plasticiser. It is followed by selective radiation sterilisation. It is accompanied with macromicroscopic preparation which involves layered preparation of distal portions of the sampled donor tissues and separation of the aortic cover and the pulmonary trunk, microscope aided visual test for strength, elasticity and perfection. n EFFECT: method provides creating the allogenic transplant of the cardiac vessels with valves showing high elastic deformation and strength properties, low antigenic power and complete replaceability by proper patient's tissues; it is convenient in service. n 4 ex
