titleOfInvention Food ration suitable for baby alimentation
abstract FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of non-perishable foods intended for baby alimentation. The alimentation method using non-perishable foods involves determination of energy demands of a specific baby with the said energy demands based on at least the said baby's age and physical activity level. Further on, the method involves joining at least two components of the daily food selected based on the requirements to the daily food components, one selecting a food which is or is not a full-ration food. The daily food components selection and joining optimise the said baby's nutrition demands so that the daily food components are combined according to content of fat, non-saturated fats, sodium and cholesterol. The optimum total daily nutrition profile for each food includes approximately 41 g of fat, approximately 12 g of a non-saturated fat, approximately 1500 mg of sodium, approximately 300 mg of cholesterol. Combination of at least two of the said components of the daily food provides a calorie content close to the value indicated in the said baby's food energy demand. n EFFECT: invention enables optimisation of the baby's nutrition demands from birth up to 5 years under daily feeding regime. n 6 cl, 16 tbl, 1 ex
