FIELD: fire-prevention facilities. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a protective material, mainly with a function of protection against chemical and/or biological poisons and/or hazardous substances, such as armaments. The functional protective material includes a multilayer structure. The multilayer structure includes a sheet-like, more preferably textile supporting material and a membrane. The membrane is attached, more preferably glued to the supporting material and is equipped with a reactive additive in the form of a catalytically active component, having reaction capacity relative to chemical and/or biological poisons and/or hazardous substances.
