titleOfInvention | Method for perftoran ozonation |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and medicine, namely transfusiology, and is applicable for ozonation of Perftoran and other foam solutions and emulsions. A method is implemented as follows. Perftoran is bubbled with an ozone-oxygen mixture for 15-20 minutes at 0.5 l/min and at the preset ozone concentration (required, recommended concentration) in any medical ozon plant. It requires making available an original vial (bottle) with Perftoran, a sterile empty vial (bottle) 200, 250 or 400 ml sealed with a rubber cap with an aluminium capsule. The vial with Perftoran shall be coupled with the empty sterile vial through a PVC tube by sticking in needles connected to the tube ends in each vial. In this case, a tube for mixed gas disposal into a destructor does not extend from the vial with Perftoran, but from the second coupled empty vial that prevents Perftoran from the ingress into the desctructor. n EFFECT: method is technically easy-to-implement and allows using ozonised Perftoran both externally in the form of applications or skin wound irrigations, and for introduction in serous cavities for sanation, as well as intravenously. n 1 ex |
