abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for complex treatment of locally spread non-resectable cancer of large intestine. Ileo-colonic vessels are isolated and transected more dislally than the place of origination of right colonic vessels from superior mesenteric vessels. Proximal ends of transected ileo-colonic vessels are ligated. Distal end of transected ileo-colonic vein is ligated and arterial catheter is introduced into distal end of transected ileo-colonic artery. Flap of mesentery with ileo-colonic vessels is cut out. Edges of cut out flap of mesentery of ascending colon are sewn by interrupted sutures. Cut out flap of large intestine mesentery with located in it transected and catheterised ileo-colonic artery together with arterial catheter is brought out, brought out flap is fixed by means of interrupted sutures to skin with formation of angiostoma. Courses of intrasrterial chemical and antibiotic therapy are repeated. If tumour decreases as a result of carried out chemical and antibiotic therapy and if it dies not spread on neighbouring organs and/or anatomic structures, surgery is performed in radical volume. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to provide possibility of tumour transmission from nonresectable state into resectable state, to reduce risk of thrombosis, to reduce risk of catheter falling out. n 1 ex, 5 dwg
