abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of poly[nonylphenoxypoly(ethyleneoxy)carbonylmethylammonium] polychlorides, having epoxy polymer hydrophilising modifier properties, which can be used in technological processes associated with treatment of polymers, gluing and metal plating and manufacture of different polymer articles. Said substance is a compound of formula: (I), where n is the average oxyethylation degree equal to 2-4; m is the average polymerisation degree equal to 14, , , , , , R 1 =R 2 =H; R 3 =CH 2 CH 2 OH; R 1 =H; R 2 =R 3 =CH 2 CH 2 OH; R 1 =R 2 =R 3 =CH 2 CH 2 OH; R 1 =R 2 =C 2 H 5 ; R 3 =CH 2 CH 2 OH.
