abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and in particular to oculistics and is applied to surgical treatment of the superior eyelid retraction in case of endocrinous ophtalmopathy. The means stipulates the amputation of the muscle lifting the upper eyelid (levator) at the bottom of the sinew. The place of the amputation is sewed with three allo sinew fibers made of biomaterial Alloplant. They lengthen the levator for the desired length. Then they are fixed to the place of their attachment to the sinew. ^ EFFECT: application of this invention allows obtaining the adequate cosmetic result and recovering the protective function of the superior eyelid in case of minimal surgical measures. ^ 1ex, 3 dwg, 1 dwg
