abstract FIELD: biotechnology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of biotechnology and genetic engineering. A recombinant plasmid DNA pACYC-LANS(KM) was constructed to be expressed in the cells of Escherichia coli of the polypeptide of recombinant L-asparaginase of Erwinia carotovora (rec-ASP-ECAR), was proposed producer strain rec-ASP-ECAR that is obtained from transformation of competent cells of Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) using the constructed recombinant plasmid DNA pACYC-LANS(KM), a method for growing the strain with its splitting from the obtained biomass and purification of recombinant L-asparaginase from Erwinia carotovora was developed. ^ EFFECT: enhanced biosynthesis of rec-ASP-ECAR polypeptide and high output and purity of the target product which is achieved by the implementation of a simple method for producing recombinant asparaginase. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg, 2 tbl, 5 ex
