titleOfInvention | Method of treatment of dependence syndrome |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is referred to the field of medicine, namely - psychiatry and addiction medicine. The method can be used for treatment of dependency caused by taking alcohol, opioids and other substances, problem gambling. Psychotherapy is performed. The patient is cast into superficial sleep by introducing diprivan in the amount of 1.0 - 2.0 mg/kg for 2-5 minutes. Neuroinduction is performed at the stages of falling into sleep and awakening, as well as during the sleep itself. It lasts 5-7 minutes and performed through headphones by means of an audio-recording of a melody with a neuroinduction programme. 2 laser therapy procedures are performed before - low intensity laser therapy with the wavelength of 0.86 µm, frequency 70 Hz, power 30 MW. The exposure shall be started paravertebrally, in a symmetric manner, at the Th4-5 level, and run along the linea mediana anterior - to the sternum, at the 3 rd intercostal space level, at the borderline of the upper and mid-stomach, above the navel. The exposure shall be 4-field, 5 minutes each. The laser exposure with the wavelength of 0.63 µm, frequency 70 Hz, power 20 MW is performed. The exposure shall take place around the mandibular angle, in a symmetrical manner and suboccipitally, laterally from the paravertebral muscles. The exposure shall be 4-field, 3 minutes each. Laser therapy shall take place after the 3 rd procedure and it shall be followed by psychotherapy 2-3 hours after. n EFFECT: method enhances the treatment efficiency due to laser correction of psycho-neurological and somatic and autonomic disturbances in the post-intoxication period. n 1 dwg, 2 ex, 3 tbl |
