abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of medicine and pharmacy and refers to the method of production of tableted pharmaceutical form of clozapine (8-Chlorine-11 -(4-methylpiperasine-1-yl)-5H-dibenso [b, e][1, 4] diazepine). The essence of method is pre-produced dry mixture of lactose, potato starch and clozapine is hydrated by 10% water solution of Collidon 25, wet granulation is performed, and then drying is performed at temperature 45-50°C. Resulting granules are subject to dry granulation until the productions of granules with average diameter 1.0-1.5 mm, powdered with aerosil and stearic acid and/or its salt.
