titleOfInvention | Method for endovitreal surgical treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of medicine, namely to the ophthalmology and can be used for endovitreal surgical treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. In the flat part of corpus ciliare three microinvasive ports are installed, in one of them the infusion nozzle is entered for air supply to the vitreous cavity, and two others are used for vitreous cutter, light guide and other endovitreal tools. Local vitrectomy is performed, the drainage of subretinal fluid is performed through the present rip of retina using curved extendable cannula 25G directing it towards the area of higher detachment of retina; the endolasercoagulation of the rip edges is performed through not removed vitreous body and the air. Through the puncture in the flat part of corpus ciliare or through one of the ports fluorine-containing gas is added to the vitreous cavity, and resulting air-gas mixture is left in the vitreous body cavity as the tampon substance, ports are removed in the end of surgery. ^ EFFECT: method provides for conditions for good visualization during endovitreal manipulations, provides for complete adjunction of shells, decreases injury risk of surgical intervention and risk of inflammatory reaction in post-surgical period. ^ 1 dwg, 1 dwg, 2 ex |
