| abstract |
FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to device and method for preparation of food mix. Proposed dispenser comprises water tank, device to release water into capsule with food mix, bacteriological filter, and device to heat those dispenser surfaces that come in contact with filtered water. Note here that said bacteriological filter is arranged between water heater and water release device so that heated water is forced through filter before dispensing. Set of invention relates also to method of dispensing baby feed mix by means of said dispenser. It comprises heating water to 25 - 45°C, forcing heated water through bacteriological filter, mixing filtered water with baby feed mix in the form of powder or liquid concentrate, and dispensing said mix. n EFFECT: ruling out bio-adhesion of bio-film formation inside dispenser, no need in water boiling before use. n 25 cl, 5 dwg |
