FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: trypsin is immobilised by mixing a polymer carrier presented by vinyliden fluoride and hexafluoropropylene copolymer, fluoroelast, vinyliden fluoride and perfluoromethylvinyl ester copolymer, and a cross-linking agent. The enzyme amount varies within 0.0025 to 0.25 g in 1 g of the carrier, and the cross-linking agent 1,4-bis(2-mercaptobenzthiazolyl methylene-piperazine is taken in the amount 0.01-0.04 g per 1 g of the carrier. The ingredients are mixed either in roll mills, or in a mixer at temperature 37C. The prepared immobilised enzyme shows high proteolytic activity of a native preparation and dispersion activity necessary for producing high-grade cell cultures. ^ EFFECT: immobilisation increases a shelf life to 3 years, leads to enzyme stability and enables its reuse. ^ 3 tbl, 3 ex |
