abstract | FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing materials based on polysulphide oligomers, which can be used to seal devices, riveted, welded and bolt joints of structural components of aircraft in aerospace engineering, in motorcar and shipbuilding and in other industries. The sealing composition contains a polysulphide oligomer, mineral filler - titanium dioxide, chromium oxide, chemically deposited chalk, an adhesion additive - phenol formaldehyde resin and epoxy resin - mixture of high-molecular weight epoxy resin and diane epoxy resin modified with thiocol, a cross-linking agent - aqueous solution of sodium bichromate, phenyl--naphthylamine and -aminopropyl triethoxy silane. The sealing composition can additionally contain an antiseptic additive in amount of 1-4 pts.wt. ^ EFFECT: preparation of a sealing composition with longer working life, high adhesion to polymer structural materials and metal, and flexibility while preserving tensile strength at the prototype level. ^ 4 cl, 2 tbl |
