titleOfInvention Method of producing 4-(dimethylamino)-2-butinyl alkanoates
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing 4-(dimethylamino)-2-butinyl alkanoates, which are of interest in synthesis of physiologically active substances. The method involves reaction of propargyl alkanoates with N,N,N 1 ,N 1 -tetramethyl methane diamine in the presence of a Sm(NO 3 ) 2 ·6H 2 O catalyst at temperature 50-100°C, preferably 80°C, and atmospheric pressure for 5-7 hours. Output of 4-(dimethylamino)-2-butinyl alkanoates is equal to 56-96%. n EFFECT: high output of end product. n 1cl, 9 ex
