abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmic surgery. According to the first method after implantation of two synthetic semicircles into stromal tunnels of cornea, cornea refraction is determined by carrying out computer keratotopography. After that, indices of cornea refraction in projection of implanted semicircles are compared and area with the greatest refraction force is determined, after which said area is subjected to impact by laser with power 1-2 mJ, wavelength 1064 nm, in such a way as to ensure division of semicircle into two fragments in impact zone. According to the second method after implantation of two synthetic semirings into stromal tunnels of cornea, computer keratotopography is performed with determination of cornea refraction. After that, indices of cornea refraction in projections of implanted semicircles are compared and area with the greatest refraction force in projection of each implanted semicircle is determined, after which said areas are subjected to impact of laser with power 1-2 mJ, wavelength 1064 nm, in such a way as to ensure division of semicircle into two fragments in each zone of impact. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure adequate additional correction of residual and/or induced ametropy by cornea deformation in order to change its optic properties.
