titleOfInvention Method of determining degree of teeth mobility
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to dentistry and is intended for determination of teeth mobility in treatment of dentition abnormalities. Index of bioelectronagnetic reactivity (BEMR) is measured in the same controlled zone of tooth surface before and during static mechanical loading on tooth. Loading is applied in horizontal plane to lateral tooth surface. Measurements are carried out without contact with tooth and without changing distance of sensor from tooth surface due to support on working surface of sensor, made from non-magnetic material. Signal formed in sensor is fixed by information processing unit. Difference of values of respective measurements is used to determine degree of tooth mobility. If difference of values of BEMR indices constitutes 0.012, that is tooth mobility is in range from 0 to 0.06 mm, degree of mobility is determined as zero degree, if difference of values constitutes 0.024 - tooth mobility is in range from 0.07 to 0.14 mm, mobility is determined as physiological, if difference of values constitutes 0.049 - tooth mobility is in range from 0.15 to 0.5 mm, mobility is determined as tangible, if difference of values constitutes 0.071 - tooth mobility is in range from 0.06 to 1 mm, mobility is determined as visible, if difference of values constitutes from 0.071 and higher - correspondence of mobility in case of pressure with tongue and lips is determined. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase diagnostics reliability due to contact of sensor with tooth surface is realised through support, located on sensor. n 3 dwg, 1 ex
