titleOfInvention Method of predicting placental insufficiency in pregnant women with mixed forms of hyperandrogeny
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics, and is intended for prediction of placental insufficiency in pregnant women with mixed forms of hyperandrogeny. Pregnant women are examined at 10-12 week term. Hirsute number is determined. Level of dihydroepiandrosterone (DHAES) and testosterone is determined. Ultrasonic and Doppler-metric examination of uterus is carried out: determined are: chorion localisation, heterogeneity of its structure, extension of boundary sinus, presence of retrochorial hematoma, Dopplerometric - resistance index (RI) and pulsation index (PI), systolic-diastolic ratio (SDR) in uterine arteries; different values of said parameters are attributed weight coefficients (Aik Bjk Xj) and probability of placental insufficiency development is calculated by formula where and if Pk value is lower than 0.5, placental insufficiency is predicted. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy and self-descriptiveness of predicting placental insufficiency in pregnant women with mixed forms of androgeny. n 2 ex
