FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for treatment of patients with congenital cleft palate, disturbances of speech and swallowing act. Elimination of vast defect of hard palate and alveolar process is carried out by dissection of muco-periosteal membranes of hard palate and plasty with free revascularised cutaneous-fascial radial and congruently modeled according to defect free bone mandibular autografts. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate through defect of hard palate and alveolar process of upper jaw, improve speech, act of chewing and swallowing, reduce number of inflammatory processes associated with organs of upper respiratory tract, reduce amount of stagnation in nasopharynx. ^ 6 dwg, 1 ex |
