titleOfInvention | Double-glased window with sealing composition, having low gas permeability |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: double-glased window, having at least two glass sheets at a certain distance from each other with an insulating gas or mixture of gases with low thermal conductivity in between, and a gas-impermeable element containing a hardened sealing composition obtained by hardening a curable sealing composition. The curable sealing composition contains a) at least one diorganopolysiloxane, terminated with silane, having general formula: M a D b D' c , where a equals 2, b is equal to or greater than 1, and c equals zero or a positive number; M is (HO) 3-x-y R 1 X R 2 y SiO 1/2 , where x equals 0, 1 or 2 and y equals either 0 or 1, with the boundary condition that x+y is less than or equal to 2, R 1 and R 2 are each independently a monovalent hydrocarbon group with up to 60 carbon atoms; D is R 3 R 4 SiO 2/2 ; where R 3 and R 4 are each independently a monovalent hydrocarbon group with up to 60 carbon atoms; and D' is R 5 R 6 SiO 2/2 , where R 5 and R 6 are each independently a monovalent hydrocarbon group with up to 60 carbon atoms, b) at least one cross-linking agent for diorganopolysiloxane(s) terminated with silane, where the cross-linking agent is an alkylsilicate of general formula: (R 14 O)(R 15 CO)R 16 O)(R 17 O)Si, where R 14 , R 15 , R 16 and R 17 are each independently selected from monovalent hydrocarbon radicals from C 1 to C 60 ; c) at least one catalyst for a cross-linking reaction; d) at least one inorganic-organic nanocomposite in an amount which enhances gas insulation, where the inorganic-organic nanocomposite contains at least one inorganic component which is a layered inorganic nanoparticle and at least one organic component which is a quaternary ammonium organopolysiloxane and, optionally, e) at least one solid polymer having less gas permeability than that of the cross-linked diorganopolysiloxane(s). n EFFECT: more stable heat insulation. n 19 cl, 3 tbl |
