abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for prevention of postoperative commissural process in abdominal cavity. For this purpose, by the end of operation organs of abdominal cavity are irrigated with perftoran, preliminarily bubbled with ozone-oxygen mixture with specified concentration of ozone 5000 mcg/l. Irrigation is carried out in dose 1 ml/kg of patient's weight. After that, the same amount of ozoned perftoran is introduced intravenously. n EFFECT: invention makes it possible to prevent formation of postoperastive commissures, contributes to early restoration of intestine peristalsis, improvement of tissue oxygenation, makes it possible to reduce terms of antibiotic therapy. n 1 ex, 3 dwg
