abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely - to neurology, physiotherapy. It is proposed originally to apply integrated resort therapy involving mud applications in children suffering infantile cerebral paralysis and underwent ventriculopertoneal shunting for progressive hydrocephaly. Mud is applied on paraparetic extremities. Mud temperature is 38-39C. Duration of a procedure is 8-10 minutes. The therapeutic course is 8-10 procedures. The procedures are integrated with therapeutic exercises and massage according to individual schemes. ^ EFFECT: method reduces risk of multiple intracranial pressure increase following a surgery and provides the absence of adaptation failure in children who underwent surgery during resort therapy. ^ 2 ex, 3 tbl
