abstract FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for application in food industry in the course of cooked sausage storage. One lays out cooked sausages in natural and artificial protein casings for display on a refrigerated counter and during the whole marketing period treats them with blue light from a light-emitting-diode device mounted in the counter.
